Melvin worked as a Fixed Income Sales and Trading Analyst, and later an Investment Banking Analyst, at Well Fargo Securities, where he executed transactions worth over $4 billion. Travis previously worked as a Vice President at Hudson Advisors, managing loan sales and securitizations valued at over $25 billion. Travis is also actively involved in TCC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee, which is focused on creating programs and initiatives that support a more diverse and inclusive workforce, both within the firm and within real estate industry as a whole. In this role, Travis works on all facets of the office’s multifamily developments. Travis Melvin is a Senior Associate with Trammell Crow Company’s MidAtlantic team.
